Always when it stops raining I get out my camera and try and capture the light, I like the dark sky and the bright light it's had to capture. |
Clearing up thats good, rain is nice but you get sick of it quickly. |
Snoots is happy she likes to explore and gets sick of sitting on the front porch. |
These two don't care but this is my chair and I alway have to fight for it. |
Hello blog. |
IF it's not on the chair it's on the keyboard. |
The bedroom clock. |
The craft room clock. |
The bathroom clock. |
The dinning room clock, this one came from NZ. |
The beer fairy's clock it was very expensive is solid brass and very heavy but never worked in it's life but he likes it. |
The lougeroom clock. |
This is another beer fairy's clock it is a backward clock and I never take it off daylight saving time so it's never right, it lives in the kitchen. |
The loo clock. |
I love clocks, too, and have way too many. I love the Earth after a rain!!! xo Diana

I can't have a ticking clock in any room except the kitchen. I have super sensitive hearing and can hear ticking clocks and watches ...and they drive me nuts!

xxxxx for the kitties
You have things in common with the beer fairy he hates ticking clocks maybe thats why his clocks don't work.

Those kitten cats are too much. Which ever one it is.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, the only difference is one has a grey leg in the front and the other has two white legs, when they tuck them in they both look the same.

Lots of clocks - thanks for sharing them with us :) I always love seeing your cats, they are adorable!
ReplyDeleteHugs to you!
I was thinking of buying more.

Hi Merle...Pretty kitties. Nice outdoor shots. Hope you have a nice Friday. Thanks for all your visits and comments! Susan
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
DeleteFriday is dark and gloomy here.
Merle......
thats a lot of clocks!!! You have THE best cat photos, they are beauties!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could paint them but my cats look a bit odd for some reason when I try.

Jazz rolls on my keyboard too. Purring loudly, moulting copiously.
ReplyDeleteI love the light after a good drenching - and some day will be able to photograph it to my satisfaction.
Love your clocks - and am fascinated by the backwards one - I have never seen one before.
Another fascinating post - thank you.
The top picture is almost right but not the same as it was a few minutes before I took the picture it is hard to get it.

Hi Merle! I love your clock collection, especially the heavy brass one that doesn't work! I love clocks, too, but don't have that many. My Mom loved, loved, loved clocks and had a big collection, but they went to my sisters. Your kitties have such sweet personalities and I love your 'light' photos. It is a special kind of light that shines after a good drenching. The air is sweet, too! Hope you get more of that beautiful sunshine.. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI would love a clock that chimed but I would not be popular with the other half.
DeleteMerle.......
Wow, you have quite the collection of clocks and I adore the photos of your cats. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteAll my clocks have quiet ticks so as not to upset the beer fairy.

I love the first photo of a beautifully tree which is under such interesting lighting.
ReplyDeleteAlmost got it that time, it's hard to catch the light.

I'd like to see more of the front window with the stained glass inset. I don't wear a watch so I like to have lots of clocks around too.
ReplyDeleteWill put some pictures up for you.
