Lots of rain and two new cats, started painting

I started painting the spare bedroom this week but too much rain, I had to stop, it was yellow but will be blue grey.

This is a painting of Angus.

This is all that was finished I will have to wait for better weather.

This my little stray  sneezy as the beer fairy named her or him not sure yet, this cat does like humans very much at all so you don't go too close, she is putting on weight and looking much better, she has been here for about 3months now.

Kidney who you have seen many times likes the camera and will sit very still and pose.

Leroy always moves she a bit shy.
These are my cats who have been with us for a long time but now we have been given two news cats from my son and daughter in law who are moving away, I have been trying to take photos but they very upset and have spent most of the time with us under the bed so we left them alone they will come out when ready.

My bamboo is falling over I think the ground is so waterlogged it can't hold it upright.

It has also started new growth not normal at this time of the year.

Lots of flowers on the plumbago.

even on the white one.

The fence is slowly disappearing under all the growth.

weeds everywhere.

The swamp grass is 6' tall now.

My privacy screen is now very private.

My indian bells

This is the best I can show of the new cats, one under this bed.

and under this one.

  3. Oh Merle, you are a brave woman to take on new kitties. Will the former kitties welcome them or will they fight? Good luck!

Your painting is beautiful. Susan p.s. Thanks for your visits and comments on my blog. I appreciate them!

  6. Your paintings are incredibly beautiful. Where do you live that everything is blooming and water logged? I can't wait for spring to pop here in middle part of U.S.
