Sleepy cats, a new home for Drumstick, breakfast with said chicken and the son borrows the vacuum cleaner.

Life is just so hard when you are a cat, it requires much napping.

You don't even have to change position much mum justs moves around with the camera.

I spent some time in the last couple of days on Drumstick's new home, it will soon be winter  and she needs a home for warmth and safety.
M&M old kennel is just the right size and waterproof when all together so I'm giving it a deck and a makeover for our chicken, first it needed a good scrub out to remove any dog smell and spiders well drummy will just eat any I leave behind but we didn't want any dangerous ones in there.

And added a deck for sun baking.

I still need to paint inside and do the roof.

The beer fairy was eating a late breakfast of sausages and toast with sauce and guess who wanted some., this was a begging chicken.

I was working hard on her new home but she just wasn't interested, she likes sausage very much.

I would like some more please dad.

I really would, the beer fairy kinda wants to eat his own breakfast.

This one did move but not very far.

The son is down from Brisbane for two weeks, he borrowed the vacuum cleaner to clean his other home before he does the floor.

He is still finishing off the Sydney house will show you pictures next week.

Mal is sitting in front of my computer so I took a picture to give her a surprise, not looking to worried.

We have returned to Bingo, I painted the front verandah floor and bits and pieces.

This is the club where we play bingo, It is a beautiful place it is done like a tropical rainforest and I missed not going, it's been about 6 months we just had a little break for a while.

I just paint around everything and then move things as the floor dries, will finish it off tomorrow as it's raining again.

So I will just amuse myself inside for a while till it stops.

and I finally hung up my shoe rack, I can never find shoes in the wardrobe so here I can see them.

This is Monet's kitchen in France, I would love a place like this to cook in.

And his garden and below his house, we visited his home when we were in France a couple of years back and I just found these pictures the other day while cleaning up.

 It was a beautiful place.

 But my garden has picked up a lot with a week of on and off rain and I tossed around some blood and bone and fertilizer so that always helps.

 I trying to build Drummie a home but the weather is not co operating.

 But I'm not complaining as it is helping the garden after our long hot summer.
