Off to France

Well one week to go and we are off to France on our big adventure. All my bills are paid and I'm all packed everything booked and checked all I have to do is get a travel card and change my cash over. I hope I haven't  forgotten anything.

Well I have just discovered the comments area and there are lots of things in there that i didn't know about. Barb Wednesday or Thursday is fine by me if you want to come for lunch but I have solved the computer problem so don't worry about that. Lex is still stuck in Eugowra they are towing the truck back to Sydney today so he will be home for the rest of the week. If he gets restless I will have a go at getting him to paint the bathroom roof, wish me luck.

NSW Government are crooks

THE NSW government has ditched the rebate from I think 60% TO 40%on solar power this was a government contract with the general public it shows how little they think of us I'm pissed off and so are a lot of other people.

This week barbara won again.

Well it turns out Angus was right about the plumber he was a bit odd but the painter wasn't much better he painted over all the flaking paint and now its starting to come off. What a busy day over to Auburn to sort out stuff I bought a cardi, then up to Granville to pick up Lex's tablets he shouted me lunch but it was after 3pm so I was rather hungery so now nap time.

Luck returned

Well last week I won and this week Barbara and her mum won so our luck has come back maybe.  I'm spending the week with my furry grandson he seems to think that 6.00am is a good time to wake up not sure I agree. My next door neighbour is having some work done on her house and for some reason Angus hates the plumber every time he picks up the key or is in her back yard Angus carries on he must be a bad man.

Big business is everywhere. I just heard on the news that the Hells Angels offered Banditoes [not sure how to spell that ] money and stuff to leave and join the Hells. Not sure which way to jump, not a winner any way.

Rain coming

I found a saint andrews cross and a huntsman on my bathroom wall, I think that means rain is coming lets hope so it's so hot & humid at the moment.

Well our local member rang to day he wanted to speak to Shara but had a chat to me instead. We talked about the new big red buses and the mens shed down the road.  It took then about 18months to put a sign up there were delays with council giving permission who knows how long it would take if we wanted to build something.

The great wind from the south has hit,  Lex puts on a shirt,  that's always good and life is worth living again.  I have gone out to check out the garden a few things are dead and will never live again but many are just resting or gone a bit brown but will recover with a bit of care so if we don't get any more heat waves like the last one all will be well.

The great  wind from the south has arrived, Lex has put on a shirt, and life is worth living again. We will all sleep tonight. Our lovely neighbours are so quiet today must all have hangovers pity I don't own a trumpet or two. Did I spell neighbours wrong I should watch the show then I would know.

Well what a day too hot to scratch yourself. Breakfast was at noon and tea will be at midnight maybe, all I did all day was read a book and sleep a bit. Summer go away come on Winter.
