He been parked out the front for over a year now and is showing his age with a lot of dirt will have to give him a wash no one is in a hurry to hire him.
Nice empty space out the front with a outline of where he has been.
My house without a car parked out the front, lasted a couple of days mostly now a strange car comes and goes.
New frying pan, nice and shinny the old one is just worn out.
Play clothes for a new baby in the family across the ditch in NZ .

Hello Merle, my son like to work on cars just for fun mostly. The baby clothes are cute, I wish I knew how to knit. Happy Sunday, enjoy your new week ahead!
ReplyDeleteKnitting is not hard but following knitting patterns sure is, mine never work out the same as the picture.
DeleteIt's a bit like playing with lego or a mackarno I have no idea how to spell that but you know what I mean.
Merle.........
The outfit is darling, and with those chunky little legs sticking out, priceless!
ReplyDeleteHe has just been born so I hope they fit him next winter.
DeleteMerle.......
I like the colours you used for the baby outfit. You can schedule a post of this date next year with I expect the car still parked in the same place.
ReplyDeleteYou could be so right about that, we will see.
DeleteMerle.....
Love the baby clothes.
ReplyDeleteHopefully Charlie will find a new home. Soon. Ish.
I've washed him so hope he gets a facelift and a engine pepup.

Lovely baby clothes, your knitting is beautiful and even. I think the baby will be cosy and warm in them in the cold NZ winter. Cheers, Cheryl
ReplyDeleteI hope so.

The baby outfit is adorable, Merle. Can hardly believe you made it! How wonderful you can do that. Good luck on Charlie's rejuvenation, too! Susan
ReplyDeletePoor Charlie will he ever be fixed.
DeleteMerle........
Charlie looks like he needs a lot of TLC.
ReplyDeleteYour new pan looks a lot like my pancake pan, I have a special one for pancakes, doesn't get used for anything else.
The baby outfit is lovely.
Poor baby he does. I never make pancakes I like them but never have breakfast with the beer fairy he gets up at noon or later, he worked afternoons or nights never adjusted to mornings and i like pancakes for breakfast and I end up with about 10 pancakes, so I just stick to the Macca';s ones when I have breakfast out.
DeleteMerle...........
Lovely job on the baby clothes, Merle! I love when I get a new pan for cooking. I hope Charlie enjoys all the pampering he is going to get while being transformed. :)
ReplyDeleteMe too I hope he is fixed soon.
DeleteMerle...........
love the outfit, and your knitting. Great to see someone can knit still. Well done.
ReplyDeleteI find it relaxing but when watching TV it keeps me awake.

Oh! You are SO talented! And several of my babies had very chubby legs. I just love it. Winter is coming up and I wisht I could sew a "jumper" like that. We call them sweaters here. "Jumpers" are those overalls that snap at the shoulders. And um, "rubbers" are not erasers. Just so ya know. :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a few things different to you, there are slight differences between our forms of english.
DeleteMerle................
You have been quite busy knitting. Wonderful outfit Merle.
ReplyDeleteThank you.

I wish more authors of this type of content would take the time you did to research and write so well. I am very impressed with your vision and insight.
