The last two weeks.......

This was my floor this morning This looks like mould so I sprayed it with white vinegar and wiped it over looks better now but this  has never happened before, we have had massive amts  of rain lately it has affected my phone  line and internet so no post or any time on the computer last week end so this is two weeks worth.

Some of the picture frames were a bit mouldy too.

A purple house well I never.
These things rock the cot needed for Wilbur he likes to be rocked to sleep.
When not rolling around on the floor, as you do.

His sister has been trying to crawl but not Wilbur.

This in case they forget who they are, I think it's really cute.
This is the control rocker.

The twins and parents came to visit my place today here they are playing on my floor.

Look if you turn the camera round I can stand up
but I would rather chew this.

My close up as a parting shot.

  1. Sigh on the mould front.
My partner's family live in Brisbane and it is an ongoing problem up there. Shoes, floors, walls, clothing...
The twins are growing so fast - and are beautiful.

    1. I've had problems with shoes kept in a wardrobe before now I keep them in a big basket, stops you getting to many shoes too.

  6. The twins are really growing, Merle. It is too bad about the mould. That is nasty, nasty stuff and so bad for you to be around it. Have a good weekend. Glad your internet is up and running again. xo Diana

    1. I lit my fireplace today it warms the walls and floor and me too, might help with the mould as we are having more rain later this week, fallout from the cyclone up north last week.

  7. I have to be careful typing this. How cool are the cot rockers! I have seen a kind of a basket on the floor that gently rocks.

    1. Invented by a engineer who couldn't get his baby to sleep after he or she was moved to a cot, most bassinets have wheels so it's easy to get into the habit of rocking them off to sleep but hard to rock a cot and all australian made too with a remote control.

    2. I never rocked my babies to sleep, it made it so much easier to put them down anywhere if they got sleepy.

  13. Our climate is very dry so mold is not much of a problem. It sure was
a big problem when we lived in Florida and it was bad for my health.
The babies are adorable and so sweet and healthy looking.
I don't know if you know "who the heck" I am....... This is my real
name as I gave up Manzanita on Wanna Buy a Duck
