The house is growing and Drumstick is a bit of a con.

Well they are getting on with it but these brickies are much slower than the other builders.
They arrive at 6.00am most morning and make lots of noise for about a hour so it's early to bed and early to rise at the moment for me,  doesn't disturb the beer fairy at all but not much does.
The light will not be very effected, as this side of the garden has trees growing along the fence, we are feeling we live in a walled garden so thats kind of nice we will have to wait to see whats it like in winter.

Lots of light in the herb garden it's doing well.
The whole back garden is doing well, Drumstick likes his area green so no digging out here so far.

But this area is different more insects I think.

These two are having a chat, Drumstick has a gossip with the beer fairy most mornings who knows what they talk about it's all in chockie I don't speak that.

Time for a quick cuddle.
Breakfast has arrived, Drumstick is checking it out, seeing it is baked beans and bacon on toast she is  interested.
But I'm not quick enough with the camera but she has managed a few beans off the plate.
She never shown interest before so we think it's the colour she like orange things the best.

Well breakfast done time to go for a walk.
Well Pidge wasn't eating his food so I was just finishing off the left overs.
I was wondering were it was all going, the wild birds eat it too.

  4. This is sweet. It's amazing how tame chickens can be..... snatching food from the Beer Fairy, yet. You must still have warm weather by the looks of your garden what the Beer Fairy is wearing. Golly, it's 18 to 20 degrees below zero here. This morning I delivered a Christmas present to my favorite bank teller. I told her she could open it now because it will be useful. It was sheepskin mittens, she had told me how cold her hands got walking to work in the morning. She was very surprised and happy and that made me happy and I could check one present off my list. Ha
Thanks for giving us the precious post.

No they are fake ones I had some that i move around the garden when I plant new stuff it would stop the cats from pulling out anything new but it doesn't work with Drumstick so I put them in them in the hanging baskets.
