LOOKING FOR FLOWERS AND TALKING TO THE NEIGHBOURS

Well I was going to take photos of the doves fighting over Pidges food but every time I go and get the camera they all take off,  camera shy I guess.

So I went looking for flowers and they are few and far between.
HERE ARE SOME BUDS.

I have two new mushrooms of the ceramic kind.
I playing around with the font this one is clearer.

And lots of purple buds.

Here I found a another flower

Winter is a bit boring in the garden.

I'm not sure why I'm always showing pictures of my front door I guess I just like it.

For Ms Sparrow, my stained glass windows

These are my stained glass windows in the front bedrooms, my house was built in the 1920's and has all the original features but the kitchen and bathroom were improved on, they were pretty bad.
I love these windows but I have to be very careful with them because they use different materials now and some of the glass is no longer available so it's very hard to get them repaired, that little bubble glass on the squares next to the rose I want 1 small square of it and so far have never found the same design.

This is the whole design.
If you look close you will notice on the far side a bubble square and a rectangle piece missing, I have clear glass in there but it's hard to spot in this  photo it's a bit dark, it's a dull day today.

This little fellow was added later. There was an air conditioned here, it sat in the window made the room very dark and was very noisy.
The house around the corner threw this window out on a clean up day he was updating his house putting in new windows no old fashion stuff for him I couldn't believe my luck so I bought it home we had to build the frame up a bit but it was a pretty good fit and it had all the window fixtures on it and you can lock it off to be just open a bit so I never close it even in winter, it is set high in the wall so the air flow keeps the room well ventilated.

All my windows have these catches.

Light after rain and all my clocks

Always when it stops raining I get out my camera and try and capture the light,  I like the dark sky and the bright light it's had to capture.

Pretty much all I got was the telegraph wires, notice the poles tied together  with some green rope well it was almost 9months ago when they came out and put in a new pole I expected them to finish the job but silly me that is not going to happen.

Clearing up thats good, rain is nice but you get sick of it quickly.

Snoots is happy she likes to explore and gets sick of sitting on the front porch.

These two don't care but this is my chair and I alway have to fight for it.

Hello blog.

IF it's not on the chair it's on the keyboard.

The bedroom clock.

The craft room clock.

The bathroom clock.

The dinning room clock, this one came from NZ.

The beer fairy's clock it was very expensive is solid brass and very heavy but never worked in it's life but he likes it.

The lougeroom clock.

This is another beer fairy's clock it is a backward clock and I never take it off daylight saving time so it's never right, it lives in the kitchen.

The loo clock.
Well thats it, why this writing is bigger I have no idea but it's been a sleepy week maybe I touched something, who knows.

Hello
